- Phone Number: To facilitate account management, communication, and support.
- Address: To provide location-based services, including finding nearby charging stations and for billing purposes.
- Vehicle Data:
- Information about your electric vehicle (EV), such as make, model, and Sri Lankan Number plate, to offer optimized charging services and recommendations.
- Charging History:
- Details of your charging sessions on our network, including charging times, locations, and usage patterns, to enhance our services and provide you with a comprehensive history of your usage.
- Top-Up Transaction History:
- Records of transactions, including the date, amount, and payment method used, to facilitate and manage top-up services on your account.
- Payment Information:
- We store only the payment method’s first and last name and the expiry date to facilitate payments. We do not store card numbers or CVC numbers. All payment transactions are securely processed by our third-party payment processor.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide Services: To create and manage your account, provide customer support, and offer charging services tailored to your needs on eMotion Charging and LECO Charging.
- To Improve Our Services: To analyze usage data, understand user behavior, and improve our network of charging stations and app features.
- To Process Payments: To facilitate transactions, such as charging sessions and account top-ups, while ensuring secure processing of payment information.
