If you wish to delete your account, contact us through the below form or email us, and we will help you out! We do not retain any personally identifying data aside from your past charging sessions for accounting purposes, which only includes the energy consumed and cost.
All other personally identifying data is deleted!
To begin, please enter your details below, of which are the same as your registered account on eMotion Charging or LECO Charging. Please ensure that your name and email align with each other, as the request will not be processed if your details do not match.
In the body, please enter “I would like to delete my account on eMotion Charging”.
Please do note that deletion will take up to 7 days to process and we will notify you by email once we’ve received your request and completed processing it.
