Your wallet

First time here? To perform one tap Top Ups you'll need a payment method before you can proceed. Tap “Add Payment Method to add a card. Other wise you can tap Topup Now to perform a one time Top up without having to add a payment method ”

Enter your card

Add your Visa, Mastercard, or UnionPay details through the secure checkout.

Choose how to pay

Tap “Topup” and pick your saved card for speed, or “One-time Payment” to pay without saving a card.

Enter an amount

Enter how many eCredits to add, confirm the payment method, and tap “Pay Now.”

Top-up complete

Your balance updates instantly, with a receipt of the amount and payment method used.

Enter the charger PIN

Tap “Start Charging” on the map screen, then enter the charger's PIN in the pop-up to pair with the unit.

Set your charging limit

Choose how far to charge — by amount, kWh, or state of charge — then tap “Start” and wait a moment while the charger begins delivering power.

Monitor your session

Follow your session's live details as the car charges. End it whenever you like, or leave it to stop automatically once your limit is reached.

Review and unplug

Check your session summary, then unplug promptly — leaving the connector attached after charging may incur penalty charges.
